Job Title: HR/Payroll Manager Job Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: FTE Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities: • Managing the day to day activities of U.S. and Canada payroll
team. • Monitors all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization’s
payroll processing objectives. Required Skills: • Extensive knowledge of applicable state, federal, provincial
wage and hour laws • Extensive knowledge of payroll systems and their alignment
with benefits and other related departments, specifically Oracle
based HRMS products such as E-Business Suite • Extensive knowledge of payroll principles and practices and
their application. • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley
compliance requirements • Working knowledge of Office including Word, Excel and
Outlook. • Working knowledge of financial data, budgets and variance
analysis. • Demonstrated organization skills. • Demonstrated customer service skills. • Demonstrated supervisory, management and leadership
skills. • Ability to think and act as a business owner in the thrift
industry. • Ability to interpret payroll policies, procedures and
processes. • Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions. • Ability to make or influence decisions. • Ability to participate on and lead projects. • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team. • Ability to communicate orally and in writing. • Ability to establish relationships with peers, internal and
external customers and vendors. • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with
minimal supervision. • Ability to be detail-oriented and obtain a high degree of
