Job Title: Data Warehouse Programmer Job Location: Seattle, WA Duration: Fulltime Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities:
Responsibilities: • Maintain and enhance the Data Warehouse environment for the
company; contribute in all phases such as identifying data and
reporting needs; designing data warehouse models; creating source
to target mappings; developing ETL routines; creating reports;
performing complex data analysis; data governance; establishing
standards; etc • Work on projects to implement data warehousing and business
intelligence solutions to help drive better decisions within a
fast-paced environment. • Work with other teams within technology and subject matter
experts to ensure software design includes anchors for
analytics. • Contribute in the design of new data structures and
dimensional models in the data warehouse as source systems
evolve. • Continuously pursue and master new business intelligence
skills to help increase the analytical “IQ” of the
organization. • Perform ad hoc reporting against our production database and
analytic data warehouse. • Create reports and analysis cubes. Required Skills: • Good experience in data warehousing. • Experience applying business intelligence and analytics
solutions to meet needs of business teams. • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer
Science or equivalent education/experience. • Excellent Oracle, SQL & PL/SQL skills (coding by hand;
proficient at using analytic functions). • Solid understanding of data: how to organize it, how to model
it, how to distill insights from it, and how to visualize it. • Ability to work directly with end users to ensure results meet
their needs. • Intellectual curiosity; ability to draw connections and
understand the “why” as well as the “what” in the data. • Proven record of good judgment in solving problems and
handling challenges. • Strong communication skills and desire to work in
cross-functional groups. • Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) experience a plus. • MS Reporting Services experience a plus For Further information regarding the job or to apply please
