Sr. Solution Manager Bellevue, WA Duration: 6-18 months (Fulltime for right candidate) Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities: • Function independently with a minimum of supervision, taking
full ownership of key objectives • Help drive a culture of root cause analysis and continuous
improvement • Deliver analysis support and data-driven guidance to
leadership and project teams • Develop operational processes, policies, and other materials
on behalf of our agent community • Develop requirements for Salesforce and other tool
enhancements, liaising with stakeholders and business users to
define requirements, communicating needs to technology teams, and
monitor progress and implementation meets needs. • Develop a roadmap for communicating and prioritizing the work
in their functional area • Ensure operational excellence through the effective directing
of vendor staff. Required Skills: • 8+ Years work experience in related fields (Product
Management, Business Analyst, System Analyst roles) Required • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to turn
concepts into business requirements Required • Experience with digging into data and identifying areas of
improvement as well as directing and guiding these efforts
Required • Ability to translate business capabilities into business
requirements for consumption by business partners and technology
teams Required • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple cross-functional
