Technology Solution Manager Bellevue, WA Duration: 6-18 months (Fulltime for right candidate) Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities: • Demonstrated experience in an analytical, project, product
and/or program management role. • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to turn
concepts into business requirements. • Ability to translate business capabilities into business
requirements for consumption by business partners and technology
teams. • Familiarity with contact center applications, e.g., AVAYA,
NICE, telephony number management models, and call routing
platforms and terminology. • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple cross-functional
teams. • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from
individual contributor to executive management. • Ability to make independent decisions, Self Starter, ability
to perform with minimal Supervision. • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. • High attention to detail. Required Skills: • Strong work experience in related fields (Product Management,
Business Analyst, System Analyst roles) Required • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to turn
concepts into business requirements (work with technical specs)

teams Required • Familiarity with contact center applications, e.g., AVAYA,

information back and present appropriately Required • Experience with custom built or other widely used CRM tools
