Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities:

• We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter Talent Sourcer who will use bold and innovative techniques to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates for critical talent needs of the Retail Stores Division over the next 1-2 years.

• The Talent Sourcer should foster and cultivate relationships with key prospects and talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term needs and strategic long-term networks.

• A strong candidate for this role will demonstrate the ability to develop, execute against, and assess the productivity of comprehensive search strategies.

• This work requires working closely with the Staffing Manager and client partners.

• Full Lifecycle recruiting including but not limited to

• Implement innovative candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs to source the best candidates for the Retail Stores Division

• Cultivate relationships with key prospects and specific talent pools, defined with the overall HR & Business teams as part of the overall talent strategy

• Conducting phone interviews and video screens over Skype.

• Present qualified candidates to the hiring manager and drive the overall interview and assessment process.

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years of related Recruiting experience.

• Sourcing experience for Retail Stores.

• Must be a true hunter with a passion for and significant experience identifying, screening, and interviewing technical and non-technical candidates

• Effective strategic thinking, sourcing skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills.

• Ability to meet standard measurements of success for staffing such as monthly hiring/prospect qualification goals and cost/time to hire standards

• Successful independent and collaborative Project Management abilities, delivering upon work streams within high priority projects with both short and long-term deliverables.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Experience with tools web 2.0 and Jobs2Web a plus.

• Person should be Agile, fast pace, quick thinker, creative
