Support Engineer Irving, TX 75039 Duration: 6 Months Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities: Day to Day Activity: • Responsible for providing Support for complex products,
including escalated issues, mainly to end users, along with
developers and corporate customers and providing support via
telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media. • Works independently with limited supervision. Requirement: • Good Communication Skills - Spoken and written English and
Spanish (including technical writing) required. Portuguese
knowledge a plus. • Excellent demonstrated customer service skills. Effective
learning skills. Works well in a team environment. • Strong problem-solving skills. Business Purpose of the group: • Commercial Technical Support in Spanish to Latin American
business. Customer Focused culture. Skills/Qualification: Skill/Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems development,
network operations, software support or I.T. consulting. • Three or more years of industry experience with MS Server
products. Knowledge of Win 7/8, Win Server 2012/2008/2003 or TMG
Server. • Knowledge of Win Internals and ability to debug user mode code
a plus. Qualification: • Bachelor's Degree in Comp. Science, Comp. Info. Sys., Math,
Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent
