Sr Technical Recruiter Redmond, WA Duration: 12 Months (High Potential to get FTE) Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities: The client is looking for someone who can do “Stragetic
thinking, problem solving, resourceful, collaborative, and
communicative and the ability to work independently”. Daily Activities: • Working with the business leaders (and HR) to identify and
fill talent gaps (We’re looking for someone to “own”, business
maturity is a key desired trait) • Developing, driving and executing comprehensive search
strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates in
highly competitive candidate spaces -- including driving a sourcing
plan built on key competitive research, industry profile
development, networking and direct sourcing • Providing strategic consulting and influencing skills to the
client including headcount management/planning, offer negotiation,
client management, and others • Networking and maintaining relationships with key candidate
communities for short and/or long-term opportunities Tools Knowledge Required: MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Skills/Qualification: • 4+ years of related recruiting experience: passion for placing
technical candidates; significant experience identifying,
screening, interviewing and closing technical candidates at all
levels • Excellent sourcing and closing/negotiation skills • Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment with
capacity to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
simultaneously • Ability to meet standard measurements of success for Staffing
such as: attainment against annual hiring plans, diversity goals
