Process Engineer Sterling, VA 20166 Duration: 3+Months Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities: • Support process improvements, best practice sharing, and
standardization across data center facilities • Support facilitated events to elicit process requirements
and/or assist in conducting and documenting 1:1 SME interviews • Assist with other related organizational performance tasks
when asked or when you think it will help resolve an issue/improve
organizational performance • Work with a globally dispersed customer. Travel to domestic
sites within the US; possible travel to international locations if
needed • Ready and willing to adopt to the unique culture, embrace our
vision and want to make history Required Skills: Basic Qualifications: • 3-5 years’ experience supporting process improvement
projects • Hands-on experience drafting process maps , work flows in
various degrees of complexity • Excellent oral and written communication skills and
interpersonal skills • Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to
self-motivate and manage competing priorities, yet work well with
other to meet the goals of the team • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills • MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Project
and SharePoint) • A completed Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of LEAN • Experience providing process improvement services to the
