System Center Support Engineer Irving, TX 75039 Duration: 3+ Months Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities: Commercial Technical Support in Spanish to Latin American

issues, mainly to end users, along with developers and corporate
customers via phone, written correspondence and electronic
media • Works independently with limited supervision. • May provide technical training, coaching and mentoring to
other engineers. • May act as substantial technical resource in certain product
areas. Required Skills: Requirements: Skills/Knowledge: • Good Communication Skills • Must be fluent with spoken and written English and Spanish
(including technical writing). • Portuguese knowledge a plus. • Excellent demonstrated customer service skills. • Effective learning skills. • Works well in a team environment. • Strong problem-solving skills. Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems development,
network operations, software support or I.T. consulting. • Knowledge of MS Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Windows 2012,
Windows 2003, Windows 8 or TMG Server. • 2 or more years of experience with System Center Configuration
Manager or System Center Operations Manager. Education: • Bachelor''s Degree in Comp. Science, Comp. Info. Sys., Math,
Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent
