Bilingual Support Engineer Irving, Texas 75039 Duration: 7 Months Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities: • Commercial Technical Support in Spanish to Latin American
business. Customer Focused culture. • Knowledge of personal computers, relevant operating systems,
applications, and/or languages required. Knowledge of personal
computer architecture and networking required. Solid understanding
of technical support issues required. Must have sufficient
technical depth to communicate with development and other internal
organizations at a peer level. Required Skills: • Good Communication Skills - Spoken and written English and
Spanish (including technical writing) required. Portuguese
knowledge a plus. • Ability to debug user mode code / Debugg / bug Fix • Strong problem-solving skills. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems development,
network operations, software support or I.T. consulting. • 2 or more years of industry experience with Server
products. • Knowledge of WS Server 2008, WS 7, 2012, 2003, WS 8 or TMG
Server. • 2 or more years of experience with System Centre Configuration
