Job Description:
Product Manager Bellevue, WA Duration: 6 months (Potential fulltime for right candidate) Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Day to Day Activities: • Manage Flight product roadmap for our Support related
initiatives including: Extending our successful in-house call
center support toolset to newer points of sale, adding new platform
features and delivering new product initiatives. • Assist in development of the product road map for Flights; own
refinement & updates over time; evangelize & disseminate road map
(including executive review). • Develop business cases & justification for new initiatives;
deliver post-mortems and results of shipped/tested/ongoing
initiatives. • Measure & report performance of new and existing features. • Support Product development lifecycle for Flights
projects. • Write and prioritize user stories for feature development. • Coordinate design and content development for new flights
features. • Evaluate and prioritize a complex, technical roadmap. • Triage & prioritize bugs, change requests, work items, &
investigation requests. • Manage external partnerships and integrations: provide and
evaluate technical components of RFPs, drive integration
requirements, and perform ongoing relationship management. • Travel & interface with global point of sale teams to
understand unique requirements and opportunities. • This is not a role for someone who simply likes to be creative
and generate ideas. We need someone who's happy getting their hands
dirty in delivering creative solutions as well as generating great
ideas. Required Skills: • Experience as Product Manager, including several
product/service launches or iterations Required • Can demonstrate technical aptitude for discussions with
various teams/business justifications with teach teams Required • Strong cross-collaboration skills: sharing ideas, helping
other teams understand the process, able to listen and demonstrate
issue resolution Required • Experience in Agile development methodologies Required • Experience in a high volume e-Commerce environment (Air/Travel
Industry/GDS experience preferred) Required • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (externally
and internally at all levels) Required • Proven track record of defining and executing key analyses
that generate actionable insights with minimal supervision
