the lookout for a dedicated entry-level Customer Success Manager
who will join our vibrant team.The successful candidate will act as
a primary touch-point for our customers, helping to maximize their
satisfaction and ensuring they get the most out of our products and
services.Job Responsibilities Develop relationships with customers
and understand their unique goals and objectives to ensure their
successful use of our product.Provide troubleshooting assistance
for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant
problems.Provide customers with detailed product suggestions and
usage instructions, addressing any questions or concerns they may
have.Work collaboratively with the sales team to secure renewals
and upsell opportunities.Maintain a deep knowledge of company
products and services.Desired Qualifications A bachelor's degree in
business or a related field.Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and
priorities simultaneously.Problem-solving skills surrounding
customer service issues and concerns.Basic understanding of sales
principles.Nice-to-haves Previous experience in customer success or
account management role.Experience with CRM software (e.g.,
Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hub Spot).Knowledge or interest in
sustainable energy products and services.Experience working in a
fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.Bilingual or
