with you soon! This Role We are seeking a creative, strategic
Finance Manager to lead financial planning, insights, and decision
support for the Stanley global team. This is a great opportunity to
partner with a high-growth brand with tremendous ambition. You will
help us think big, while promoting a balanced perspective rooted in
data, build strong partnerships across the business, champion
meaningful performance metrics throughout the organization, and
seek process improvements to efficiently scale our growth.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Finance, this role will
provide value across the Stanley organization and across all of
PMI. What you'll do:
- Lead financial planning processes through month-end close,
annual budgeting, short-range forecasting, and long-range
outlook
- Lead creation of executive level monthly and quarterly business
reviews
- Develop financial reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly
basis to inform leadership and cross-functional partners on
financial results and profitability levers
- Identify and track KPI's to support key strategies and
initiatives
- Support annual business processes including product, sales
channel, and key customer strategies
- Identify opportunities to create tools to add efficiency to
business processes and planning
- Partner with cross-functional leaders on ad hoc decision
support and key initiatives
- Monitor and verify data integrity (item, customer, pricing,
costs, etc.)
- Manage one direct report, partnering with corporate finance and
global finance leads What we are looking for: Strategic business

reporting to ensure it better enables sound business management
decisions based on key inputs. Experience building financial models

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- 8+ years of experience in finance or economics with scope and
accountability progression
- Excel power user with demonstrated ability to build S
ophisticated, driver-based financial models and complex
reports
- Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Oracle ERP, Essbase/SmartView, and data visualization tools,
e.g., Tableau, experience a plus.
- Effective communicator in written word and oral delivery;
adapts well to changing circumstances.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a comfort for ambiguity and a
results orientation in a business undergoing transformation and
growth.
- Passionate about being part of a forward-thinking, high-energy
team.
- CPG experience a plus, and/or experience working in a private
equity or venture-backed setting where expectations to deliver are
