Job DescriptionSalary: Seeking curiosity-driven Senior Strategist who balances blue-sky creativity with pragmatic action. Touch is a values-led, forward-thinking creative agency. We're a unique company, with integrated disciplines encompassing creative strategy, communications, design, video, and event production. We help brands and organizations communicate their vision and make lasting change through experiences that we design and create together—and our definition of experience ranges far and wide, from gatherings of thousands of employees at a live (or virtual) event to beautiful print or digital work to compelling video stories. We are looking for a multi-faceted, well-spoken, big-picture thinker and do-er. Our ideal strategist can work creatively and collaboratively within ambiguity to help our clients and our team get clear on a path toward action—then support the execution of a fresh, intentional approach. Might that be you? At Touch, our small, nimble strategy team is responsible for identifying and developing insights that inform the strategic intent of our cross-functional creative efforts. Read on for more details, and to apply, please provide a brief cover letter, resume, and one example of relevant work (i.e., a pitch deck, a writing sample, or a creative brief). We look forward to hearing from you. This positionAs a Senior Strategist, you are part of the strategy team, working across multiple projects with cross-discipline teams at Touch to deliver relevant, compelling, and meaningful work for our clients. Touch's approach is driven by insights, and strategic thinking provides the foundation for our creative communications and experience design work. You will do this through research, synthesizing inputs, and articulating key concepts. You will help orient our project work in a client's key business objectives and a deep understanding of audiences and their mindset. You will also use strategic insights to inform the approach to content, creative, communications strategy, and experiences. You will create frameworks, generate new content, and evaluate and proofread existing content. In addition, you will provide insights, strategic guidance, and maintain clear concise effective communications and contributions. In this role, you will partner most with the strategy and client service teams, as well as our creative, video, and admin teams. You will also work closely with our clients—at all levels, including executive level and C-suite, across investor relations, finance, marketing, and communications teams and across a variety of project types. Why should you be excited about this role? You have an innate curiosity--about businesses and organizations across sectors, about the worlds our clients and their stakeholders operate in. You are curious about people and how various audience groups experience the world. You are passionate about clarity, context, and the power of story to shift perceptions and change behaviors. You are a clear communicator who can synthesize a variety of inputs into an output that aligns, informs, and inspires. You are a hard but efficient worker, and you find time to have fun with colleagues. You have a life outside of work and you want to maintain a healthy balance.
