You will support monthly financial close, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis of our fast-growing business. You will make an impact by establishing financial and operational dashboards, reports, and metrics to drive management decisions. The ideal candidate has prior FP&A experience, an ability to solve problems and provide recommendations, willing to 'step-up' when needed, and has a continuous-improvement mindset. Financial Analyst, FP&A responsibilities:

  • Assist with the monthly financial close process, monthly forecasting, and annual budget, along with owning variance analysis and operational reports
  • Develop and generate robust data reporting and dashboards
  • Perform ad hoc analyses with data mining to enhance data-driven decision making
  • Assist leadership on developing and improving process workflows and procedures
  • Establish and organize key performance metrics (KPIs) in line with operational directives
  • Assist in M&A initiatives
  • Support initiatives to maintain data integrity and resolve data discrepancies and drive solutions in enhancing accuracy of financial reportingThe successful Financial Analyst, FP&A must have/be:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • CFA, CPA, MBA, or other advance certification/degree a plus
    • 2-5 years' experience with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reporting
    • A self-starter, excited by the opportunity to make a tangible impact, capable of communicating "the story" with multiple levels of an organization
    • Comfortable with data, using intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
    • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and high regard for accuracy
    • Demonstrate strong personal attributes that include: teamwork, professionalism and the ability to see the "big picture"
    • Can effectively solve problems and provide recommendations, with a continuous-improvement mindset
    • Understanding of ERP systems with ability to organize data to generate automated financial and metric reporting
    • Passionate about learning and educating others
    • Effective time management, prioritization, and follow through
