So, whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, you'll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.You are responsible for Co-manage the BU/Category business portfolio and support strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.) and an "outside in" focus.Drive and execute organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan as well as an understanding of market share and competitive position.Monitor the financial position of the BU's product families.Identify risks and opportunities to current financial projections and takes corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement).Coordinate and lead the BU's Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and AOP reviews, reports and analysis across his/her BU.Oversee financial integration and drive acquisitions toward attainment of ROIC goals as identified in the RFA.You are part ofConsists of members of the Ultrasound Finance team and directly reports to the BG finance Business Partner.
