Put your passion to work at Seagen and join us!Summary:The Global Supply Chain Sr. Manager is a member of a team charged with ownership of end-to-end alignment of Demand and Supply planning for Seagen Clinical Products. The scope of the position includes the manufacturing stages of pipeline Biologic and Small Molecule manufacturing in support of Clinical trials. This position will be key in managing, analyzing, reporting, and executing the Integrated Business Planning process working with cross functional stakeholders in Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Regulatory. Principal Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities with Clinical and Site Planning counterparts for monthly and annual corporate deliverables
  • Orchestrate network Supply and Demand scenario analysis in support of strategic and tactical decision making
  • Ensure an uninterrupted flow of supply to support patient demand for an assigned Product Families
  • Participate as a member of the Product Supply Team and lead a Supply Chain Subteam to manage planning assumptions and activities
  • Managing processes that consolidates Country, Partner, and Clinical Demand for downstream manufacturing, which will be provided to the Seagen Manufacturing network on an established schedule
  • Manage supply consolidation and summary by product level for manufacturing volumes, Inventory health, and Network allocations for use by cross functional counterparts in Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Technical Operations, and Regulatory
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with all internal and external stakeholders and lead discussion, problem solving efforts and process improvements to ensure supply goals are met or exceeded. Stakeholders include Demand Delivery Planning, Clinical Planning, Site Planning, Quality, Regulatory, Logistics, Site management, Change Management, Manufacturing, Commercial Sales, Marketing and Financial organizations
  • Participate in the Supply Operations infrastructure transformation to leverage Kinaxis RapidResponse to improve speed and accuracy in Global Supply Chain deliverables
  • Own gathering and publishing of Supply Chain Key Performance indicators for tracking and visibility across manufacturing transformation from Drug Substance to Finished Drug Product
  • Own consistent Supply Chain planning assumption gathering and documentation
  • Participate in analysis and decision making of the physical and financial Supply Network Design of Seagen Portfolio of products
  • Supports SOX audits and finance team as subject expert in Production Planning and Inventory ManagementRequired Qualifications:
    • Priorexperience in aglobal Demand and Supply Planning Team
    • Knowledge and experience with multiple aspects of Production Planning and Inventory Control including variation management
    • Priorpartnership with Development, Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Qualityand Operationsto ensure high quality and compliant productsupplytopatients/customers
    • Demonstrate ability to manage decisions in a logical, rational manner
    • Experience with presenting to leadership on complex decisions and trade-offs
    • A minimum of10+years of experience in life science,regulatedindustry(pharmaceutical or biotech)
    • 7+ years of hands-on experience in a Supply Chain function and with involvement in S&OP or IBP
    • BS/MS degree or equivalent in supply chain fieldoranequivalent combination of education,training,and experience
    • Demonstrated proficiency in using ERP, Advanced planning, and structured collaborative systems Preferred Qualifications:
      • Certificate in planning and inventory control
      • Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and six-sigmaprograms
      • Hands-onsupply chain managementexperiencewith Pharmaceutical manufactured products under aseptic conditions
      • Project management skills
      • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbalcommunication
      • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and develop strongbusiness partner relationships in a matrix-environment acrossorganizations
      • Ability to manage and lead in afast pace andhigh changeenvironment
