Join us in lowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin's vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.In this highly visible role, you will support the Talent Management and Analytics team by developing the workforce planning capability for Blue Origin. As a Sr. Workforce Planning Analyst, you will join our Human Resources team and report to the Workforce Planning lead. You will provide the business with reliable information to advise staffing and prioritization decisions, including striking an appropriate balance of developing talent internally and recruiting externally.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.   • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to integrate planning data
  • Develop intake process of demand plans across Blue Origin in coordination with key interdependent planning processes
  • Build key workforce planning analyses and metrics to drive company-wide talent insights, decisions, and interdependencies
  • Build approaches to map the current workforce composition as well as projected headcount that meets the needs of various business user groups as well as company-wide users
  • Actively participate in the integration of a new technology tool which includes data validation, program management, system configuration, and change management
  • Partner with Business Leaders to ensure alignment on staffing projections
  • Collaborate with data infrastructure and HR tech teams to prioritize data-quality issues and drive long-term improvementQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (HR, finance, operations, statistics, economics, data science, industrial engineering) or bachelor's degree and add'l relevant certifications or education
    • 5+ years of applied experience in workforce planning or related function
    • Experience working with imperfect or incomplete information to make fit-for-purpose recommendations while also raising the quality of data inputs over time
    • Proven track record of project management capability working with stakeholders to specify requirements, build processes and implement at a multi-business unit level
    • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
    • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Desired:
      • Experience deploying or working with Visier software
      • Ability to successfully convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
      • You proactively identify problems, understand business impact, and provide recommendations with identified risks or associated trade-offs
