The role of a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Data Business Manager is dynamic and in line with the priorities of the CRE Data Management Team objectives. A VP in Data Business Management would be expected to: Be responsible for assisting the CRE Deputy Chief Data Officer (CDO) in communicating with the firm's most senior-level stakeholders. This individual will play a significant role in storyboarding content and transforming ideas and concepts into clear concise presentations for a variety of audiences including the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CRE and their peers. The Business Manager will collaborate with the CRE Data management team to drive progress, track statuses, and manage communication channels for our most key initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with senior leadership and team members to drive progress and visibility on a wide range of projects and daily work
    • Simultaneously manage a wide array of communication channels such as monthly newsletters, town hall materials, and regular updates on key priorities
    • Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
    • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
    • Collaborate with team members and managers, and continually look for ways to streamline, improve, and add value to existing business processes Key Skills:

      • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills with ability to edit and prepare executive level presentations
