Introduction to the team
The Outsourced Finance & Accounting group at Moss Adams helps businesses to operate more effectively, make better decisions and spend less time on accounting and financial operations. We are looking for energetic individuals who have a passion for learning and using technology to provide outsourced finance & accounting services to our dynamic client base. Interns will work on a variety of projects depending on the accounting service needs of our clients; some projects may include partnering with senior consultants to learn about business processes related to periodic financial reports, KPI's, and other management reports. Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, Accounting preferred
  • Eligible candidates must have academic courses remaining at the end of the internship -
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status) Preferred Skills
    • Technology-related coursework highly desirable
    • Excellent customer service skills. Ability to understand own and others' emotions to achieve desired goals

    • Ability to organize information and exercise well-reasoned judgment
    • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

    • Prepared to travel to client locations, which may include occasional overnight stays (travel expectations vary by department and office location; talk to your local recruiter regarding specifics)
    • Ability to work overtime, as needed
