• Accounting for sustainability initiatives
• Carbon credits and renewable energySERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
  • Support our accounting for our renewable energy portfolio
  • Complete period-end close process by ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all accounting entries reconciliations and analytical reviews
  • Drive process improvements and automations
  • Support various aspects of our accounting and reporting process
  • End-to-end process ownership to support finance and business partners
  • Understand internal control design concepts sufficient to assess the effectiveness of controls in their area
  • Strong sense of ownershipREQUIRED SKILLS Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Accounting 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience Ability to perform month end close and balance sheet account reconciliations PREFERRED SKILLS
    • CPA or equivalent
    • Experience working with a fast-paced high-tech start-up or similar company
    • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
    • Aptitude for information technology
    • Excellent organizational skills ability to manage multiple projects at once follow through and meet deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
