benefits package.Job Description SummaryEnterprise's Pacific
Northwest office is seeking a Program Director to join our team
working on Home & Hope, catalyzing an exciting pipeline of
affordable housing statewide. The person in this role will have a
broad impact, building and leveraging relationships with partners
and stakeholders, and connecting resources to create maximum public
benefit. Since 2016, Enterprise's Home & Hope initiative has helped
catalyze the development of approximately 6,000 affordable homes,
100 early learning classrooms and 30 community facilities
throughout Washington state.The Program Director will join a
high-performing, values-driven team and will coordinate the Home &
Hope Initiative's site-related work. They will be responsible for
generating and tracking a pipeline of public and tax-exempt sites
with the potential to become affordable housing; provide real
estate development expertise and technical assistance to project
partners; and coordinate with project stakeholders to advance sites
towards disposition and redevelopment. The Program Director will
report to our Senior Program Director in Seattle and will work
closely with Enterprise colleagues, public agencies, elected
officials, affordable housing developers, and community-based
organizations in Washington State. They will leverage Enterprise's
extensive best-practice toolkits, policy expertise, technical
skills, and organizational strategies to support the disposition
and development of public and tax-exempt land for the
implementation of capital projects that meaningfully integrate
quality housing, education, and community facilities. Our team is
working in a hybrid environment, with offices located in the
Seattle Chinatown-International District.Salary Range:
$75,500-$90,000Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Develop and maintain
a pipeline of sites through outreach, partnerships, and
researchCreate pipeline reports and communicate project status to
key partnersConduct site feasibility studiesTrack and manage
feasibility project budgetsCoordinate closely with site owner
agencies and other stakeholdersManage grants and provide technical
assistance on real estate strategy to advance sitesCreate and
present final site feasibility reportsOrganize cross-sector
convenings and panels to disseminate knowledge on key topics, for
example mixed-income, mixed use, or transit-oriented
developmentStaff inter-organizational work groupsProvide support
for new opportunities and special projectsContribute writing for a
variety of materials including external communications, policy
analysis, white papers, funding proposals, and
othersQualifications:An undergraduate degree and six (6) or more
years of experience with a high level of technical expertise,
required. Advanced degree may be substituted for up to three (3)
years of experience.Expertise in one or more of the following
areas: real estate development; training and technical assistance;
program design and delivery; contract management; grants
management; community organizingDemonstrated knowledge in at least
two areas including housing finance and development, land use,
community development, and/or urban policyDemonstrated experience
with prospecting for affordable housing projects and developing
pipelineAbility to advance multiple projects
simultaneouslyExcellent writing and research skillsStrong
presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Comfort working
independently and in a teamComputer skills; Microsoft Office suite
mandatory. Adobe Creative Suite and ArcMap GIS or equivalent design
and geospatial data software preferred. Salesforce experience
