Ref ID: 04410-0012691547Classification: Accounting SpecialistCompensation: $26.60 to $30.80 hourlyrimary ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable- Entering invoices; matching to inventory records or obtaining proper approval from managers for payment; GL coding- Process weekly check run- Work with Inventory Administrators to reconcile vendor statements and call for outstanding invoices and credits if needed- Set up new vendors, verifying vendor information; work with purchasing managers to complete vendor credit applicationsRevenue Auditing- Daily Sales Reconciliation sheets: reconcile actual cash, check, credit cards, gift certificates, house charges, to expected amounts as recorded through sales transactions from a variety of sources and programs- Reports such as Over/Short and other communication to management on results of auditing transactions- Prepare Daily Sales journal entries in preparation for postingResearch Sales Transaction Issues as needed by Cashiers, Management and Customers. Includes following up with customers to resolve any issues.Secondary Responsibilities- Orientation packets & other employee paperwork- Support employee benefit enrollment- Back up for Payroll- Other projects as assigned
