Role:In this role, you will be responsible for deepening existing
relationships and developing new relationships by taking a holistic
view of issues and needs and then creating strategies to provide
education and solutions to provide value based on a collaborative,
team approach. Duties include working with branch and commercial
partners to identify existing clients and new prospects who will
benefit from a broad range of Bank solutions. Wealth Advisors also
work in collaboration with internal and external partners to help
educate clients and prospects about a wide range of issues and
potential problems that are important to their wellbeing. Where
appropriate, the Wealth Advisor will coordinate the presentation of
potential solutions.Extensively communicate with clients and their
advisorsDiscuss general topics in overall investment performance,
economic issues, and market trendsPresent financial planning
options and opportunities to clientsDirectly consult with
attorneys, accountants, and other advisors on a wide range of
wealth issuesPlan, facilitate, and present at client
meetingsDiscuss client investment objectives, including risk
tolerance, asset allocation, and cash requirementsDiscuss the
general merits of various investment plansTranslate investment
policy to individual investment objectivesCommunicate commonwealth
solutions with clients and prospects, providing education around
potential solutionsProvide alternative investment ideas for
clientsAssist investment transition for new clients when
appropriateOther responsibilities as assignedAbout You:Bachelor's
degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., finance, law,
accounting, economics, business administration) and/or three years
of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education
and experienceAt least one CFP, CWS, or ChFC designation is a
bonusFive years of related experience or an equivalent combination
of education and experienceCapacity to work with demanding clients
and diverse groups of peopleClient-centered focusExcellent
strategic thinking abilityStrong written and verbal communication
skillsSkilled at analyzing and solving problemsProficient with
Microsoft Office SuiteWe offer a competitive total rewards package
including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for
this role is $75,000 - $150,000, and the pay rate for the selected
candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors
including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be
eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those
details will be provided during the recruitment process.We offer
