We currently have an opening for a full-time Multi-Site Tax Credit Compliance Specialist at Greentree and Park Hill Apartments in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, with a positive attitude, who will assist the Director of Compliance and on-site team members in maintaining certifications and ensuring compliance with current regulations. We offer:


  • $30-$32 per hour
  • Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year, with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours annually. PTO increases after 6 and 9 years of service.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Show prospective apartments, explain occupancy terms and amenities
    • Inform prospective residents of nearby schools, shopping, recreation, and transportation options.
    • Prepare and distribute monthly recertification notices
    • Complete move-in, interim, annual, and initial certifications
    • Prepare monthly Compliance Reports
    • Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as assigned

        Qualifications:

        • Experience: 6 months to 1 year relevant experience or training; knowledge of LIHTC required
        • Math Skills: Proficient in basic math, graph interpretation
        • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with industry platforms preferred
        • Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense to instructions and problems
        • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy required

          Work Environment & Physical Demands:

          • Moderate noise level
          • Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
          • Visual and physical activity requirements as described
