About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Product GTM Manager to help drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Atelio's product suite including embedded finance and fraud detection/prevention solutions. This role will be responsible for building and executing GTM plans including product positioning, messaging, and sales content to drive customer adoption and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of financial services specific to the banking, fintech, and payments sectors.
About the team:
The Product GTM Manager sits within the Platform Sales Enablement team, which acts as the conduit between product and sales to effectively launch and activate Atelio platform products, features, and services to win in the market. They enable the sales team with training, messaging strategies, content, and knowledge to find the right opportunities and sell against the competition. Sales Enablement also provides alignment across the organization on strategies and plans to bring new products to market and drive demand.
What you will be doing:
Go-to-Market Strategy:


  • Develop and execute strategies to bring products to market, including identifying target audiences, defining product positioning, and establishing use-cases.
  • Create compelling and differentiated messaging to enable product adoption.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, partnerships, and marketing to plan and execute successful product launches.
  • Develop customer personas and target segmentation to create relevant value propositions for the identified target markets.
  • Plan and execute product launch campaigns and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

    Messaging & Content Creation:

    • Develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences, including product collateral, presentations, and sales materials.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build content for lead-generation campaigns.
    • Work with product teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric narratives.
    • Work with legal and compliance for approvals.

      Strategic Insights:

      • Partner closely with the strategy team to conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify trends, and analyze competitor strategies.
      • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and GTM strategies.
      • Stay informed about competitors, their products, and their marketing strategies including messaging and positioning.
      • Collaborate with product management to influence product roadmap based on market insights.

        Sales Enablement:

        • Work closely with the sales enablement team to equip sales teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell the product.
        • Assist with the development of sales enablement content, including pitch decks, case studies, competitive battle cards, and training materials.

          Communication and Cross-Functional Alignment

          • Effectively communicate, promote, evangelize, and socialize product GTM strategy and plan to key stakeholders including leadership, product, sales, partnership, pricing, operations, and legal teams.
          • Establish alignment on product GTM plans to enable cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.

            Metrics:

            • Define and track KPIs for product adoption, lead conversion, and customer engagement and campaign success.
            • Gather customer insights through interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to refine messaging and influence product roadmap.
            • Test messaging with clients and partners to evaluate and validate value proposition and product positioning. Refine and optimize messaging based on insights from target segments.

              What you will need:

              • 8-10+ years in B2B product marketing and/or GTM experience, preferably in banking, payments, fintech, or financial services technology.
              • Deep understanding of the banking and payments ecosystem, including KYC, fraud products, digital banking, and embedded finance.
              • Ability to translate complex banking and money movement products into clear, compelling value propositions. Experience with SaaS-based banking solutions including API solutions is preferred.
              • Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies tailored to financial institutions and other B2B companies.
              • Expertise in buyer persona development, competitive analysis, and positioning within the banking and fintech space.
              • Experience launching enterprise-grade financial products and enabling sales teams with messaging, case studies, and product training.
              • Strong ability to craft messaging that addresses pain points for banks, credit unions, fintechs, and corporates.
              • Experience creating marketing campaigns.
              • Proficiency in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign performance measurement to refine messaging and targeting.
              • Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of the organization.
              • Ability to simplify complex financial products to create compelling benefit-based narratives.
              • Strong writing skills.
              • Keen eye for detail.
              • In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics.
              • Proven track record of building strong cross-functional partnerships to drive aligned outcomes.
              • Ability to be resourceful inside and outside the organization to solve problems creatively.
              • Strong collaboration skills with product management, partnerships, and sales teams to align messaging with customer challenges.

                  FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,190.00 - $228,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Actual individual starting pay is determined by skills, experience, and education. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
