Job Description:
Overview: Seattle real estate developer and manager of
commercial, residential and mixed-use properties, who's strength is
visualizing, developing and managing complex urban development
projects, and delivering value to its clients, seeks a Controller
to join an incredible team. What you'll do: Oversee and direct the
company's financial policies and functions including; accounting,
budgets, tax, and financing. Handle the financial analyses of real
estate operations, as well as current and future projects. What
