Role Overview As the Accounting Specialist , you will support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple construction projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate job cost tracking, efficient invoice processing, and alignment with company financial procedures. Responsibilities Process monthly accounts payable from a digital inbox, ensuring timeliness and accuracy Coordinate job cost coding and verification with Project Managers Manage digital approval workflows to route and track authorizations efficiently Print and prepare checks for final approval, ensuring all documentation is complete Match truck tickets and assist with administrative support for billing processes Ensure invoice accuracy and support overall billing workflows Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of accounting experience; construction industry experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of AP, AR, job costing, and billing procedures Comfortable working with construction-specific accounting systems (beyond QuickBooks) Quick to adapt to new technologies and workflow tools Why This Role?
