Seasoned Tax Manager needed for a public accounting firm in Bellevue, Washington. We provide tax and accounting services to businesses and high net worth families. Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: We are looking for an experienced tax accountant who wants to develop their technical skillset, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and either join us at a manager level or grow into a manager role with our firm. This is a small office environment where you will work directly with, and be mentored by the owners. Why join us? Benefits include: Total compensation of $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience 401(k), including 3% safe harbor match Paid time off, including PTO and holidays Company paid health, dental, and vision insurance Company paid continuing professional education Job Details Requirements: 3-8 years recent CPA firm experience 4-year accounting degree CPA or EA license Solid background in accounting and tax preparation for individuals and businesses Experience with QuickBooks Experience with tax planning and research Ability to work overtime during tax season Experience with tax preparation software (UltraTax, or similar) Ability to work primarily in our Bellevue office to allow for in-person training and mentoring.
