Job Title: Accounting Compliance Manager (Full-Time) Location:
Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Salary: $90,000-$100,000 Why This Accounting
Compliance Manager Opportunity: Play a key role in ensuring
financial compliance and integrity for government contracts and
donor-funded programs Lead critical processes including audits,
month-end close, and revenue recognition Support a growing finance
team and help shape accounting processes as the organization
evolves Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Compliance Manager
Role: Oversee compliance for government contracts, grants, and
donor awards, ensuring alignment with federal and donor-specific
regulations Manage audit preparation and serve as the primary
liaison with external auditors for financial statements and Form
990 Perform general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and
month-end close activities Create internal and external financial
reports and support SEFA schedules and Single Audits Requirements
for the Accounting Compliance Manager Role: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting or Finance; CPA or audit background preferred Minimum of
3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit or
government-funded environment Advanced knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit
accounting standards, and financial reporting tools Proficiency in
Excel and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Navision); strong
