Payroll Specialist to join their accounting team. With over a

precision and quality. As a Payroll Specialist , you'll ensure
accurate, compliant payroll processing and provide critical support
across payroll, benefits, and reporting functions. This is a

and making a real impact. Overview of the Payroll Specialist role:
Process biweekly payroll by collecting, reviewing, and entering
daily/weekly timesheet data. Prepare and distribute paychecks;
generate reports on earnings, deductions, and taxes. Maintain and
update records for wage changes, benefits, garnishments, and 401(k)
deductions. Ensure accurate and timely tax payments and benefit
premium remittance. Respond to employee inquiries and resolve
payroll-related issues professionally. Support retirement
contribution processing and participate in annual audits. Assist
with special projects and general accounting support as needed.
Preferred Qualification for the Payroll Specialist: Associate
degree in accounting or related field preferred . 2 years of
full-cycle, in-house payroll processing experience. Experience with
ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Solid understanding of
payroll compliance, taxes, and wage garnishments. High attention to
detail, strong communication, and ability to handle confidential
