Accountant, you will function as a "mini-Controller" processing
end-to-end intercompany transactions, foster relationships across
the organization, and demonstrate strong analytical skills with a

Responsibilities: Prepare and review journal entries, account
reconciliations, and financial reports in accordance with GAAP
Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for
cost optimization Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts,
including AP/AR, inventory, and fixed assets Assist with budgeting,
forecasting, and financial planning activities Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting 3 years related experience (property
management/real estate ) Proficient Excel skills LI-MG7
