Seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician with strong inpatient skills to
join our team in the heart of Washington state! Details: -
Full-time position - Join our team of 2 Pediatricians and 4
Med/Peds physicians - Fellowship training not required - Level II
NICU - Average 12-15 ppd - Epic EMR - Group is a Gold Award Winner
of the AMA s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to
improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout - One-year
physician partnership track for US candidates Compensation/Benefits
May Include: - Guaranteed salary range: $235k-$254k - First year
salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year
two - Signing Bonus - Up to $125k internal loan repayment as well
as governmental loan repayment programs - Generous time off -
401(k) match and profit sharing - Relocation expenses covered
including packing up to $20k - Continuing medical education
