Job Description This role is 100 percent onsite in Downtown
Seattle. If you have at least one year of office experience and
enjoy detail oriented, heads-down work, we have a great opportunity
for you. A respected legal administration company in the heart of
Downtown Seattle is looking for Claims Processors to support large
class action settlements. In this role, you’ll review incoming
claim forms, enter and validate data, and follow strict procedures
to ensure accuracy and compliance with settlement guidelines. This
position is a strong career builder for someone interested in legal
administration, compliance, or analytical office work. It also

Claims Processor Duties: • Review and process claim forms with
strict adherence to settlement procedures • Enter and validate
claimant information in the internal database • Identify errors or
discrepancies and escalate issues to team leads as needed • Support
other departments such as call center • Support basic reporting,
documentation, and internal quality checks Claims Processor
Requirements: • 1 years of office experience, ideally in data entry
or processing • Strong attention to detail with the ability to
follow structured procedures • Proficiency with Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Outlook • Reliable attendance, professionalism, and
strong work ethic • Ability to multitask and stay accurate under
deadlines and volume Pay: $22 Schedule: Monday–Friday,
