company. As the Director of First Impressions you will act as the
first point of contact to team members and visitors. Do you have
the gift of being able to switch gears between speaking with
vendors, drivers, solicitors and presidents of companies without
pause? Are you polished, polite, have a sense of humor, proactive,
and can be trusted with confidential information?
A degree or additional schooling and stability in positions are
very important to us. We are looking to add a member to our

Brief description of responsibilities:
Greet all incoming visitors to the office in a friendly,
professional, hospitable manner.
Act as business interface so as to filter general information,
requests and queries.
Help the company to maintain relations with partners and
Operate the switchboard.
Provide Administrative Support to key members of the team.
Ensure all administrative procedures are followed to Company
standards and audit requirements.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain office supplies.
Assist with miscellaneous projects as necessary.
