Job Description:
Interim HealthCare has expanded into Seattle, WA providing
personal care and skilled services to seniors and individuals with
special needs in the comfort of their homes. We are currently
seeking a full-time Client Services Representative (CSR) who plays
a key part in providing office support functions to our team and
customers, in addition to building working relationships with our
caregivers, referral sources, and clients and patients. If this is

reading and apply today. -Key Responsibilities for the CSR:
- Communicate Interim HealthCare's mission and capabilities to
inquiring clients/patients via phone.
- Maintain a consistent recruitment process for field staff:
conduct interviews and new hire orientations.
- Responsible for scheduling all employee for open shifts -and
assists management with office management
- Assists management with payroll and billing duties as
needed
- Maintain customer relationships in an ongoing effort to drive
higher levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regular written and verbal communications with clients,
employees and referral sources.
- Participates in home evaluations with new inquiries -as needed
with office staff.
- Supervises, develops, motivates and evaluates the client
service staff. -Coordinates training/education to enable staff to
achieve assigned goals. - - - -
- Analyzes and evaluates client service operations to ensure
standards are adhered to.
- Performs all office functions in compliance with federal,
state, local laws, JCAHO regulations and all polices, procedures
and standards of Interim HealthCare.
- Meets routinely with owner and business development rep to
review office procedures and discuss potential strategies to
increase market share.
- Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.Support

- One (1) year experience as a Client Service Supervisor or three
(3) years successful business experience in healthcare, temporary

- Associate Degree or established track record of work
experience.
- One (1) year experience in healthcare, temporary help, or
related industry experience.
- One (1) year of office experience with employee supervision
skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal
