Job Description:
DescriptionPosition Summary: Compiles and maintains records of
business transactions and office activities of establishment by
performing the following duties.Responsibilities Include But Are
Not Limited To: Operates computer, copiers, fax machines. Calls for
repairs to office equipment. Opens and distributes incoming mail,
answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail. Greets and
assists visitors. Gives information to customers. Purchases office
supplies.Required Skills, Abilities and Education: To perform this
job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Abilities and Education: High school diploma or general education
degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or

Ability to read, write, and fluently speak the English language.
Ability to read and comprehend concepts of moderate to high
difficulty, and ability to communicate responses and actions
related to these concepts.Ability to work effectively with common
PC programs, such as spreadsheets (Excel) and word processing
(Word), and ability to learn mainframe program (Metalware). Ability
to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure,
using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and
particularly to be able to freely determine ratios. Ability to
generate graphic representations of data is required. Ability to
apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with
problems involving several concrete variables in standardized
