Job Description:Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales
Support)The Sales & Administration position is responsible for
performing Administration duties related to store accounting and
operations, assisting in the sales of tires and wheels to
customers, providing excellent customer service and completing work
according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
Primary Responsibilities: Greeting customers; discussing customer
needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle
repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and
referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in
the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store
inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks
questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to
other qualified employees as necessary.Experience: Les Schwab
offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job
training.Qualifications: Valid driver's license; excellent customer
service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment;
occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; continuous standing and
