GENERAL SUMMARYIntercepts and routes incoming calls, takes thorough messages, and provides basic information to callers. Is the front-line contact with the public and represents Marysville Toyota Service in a friendly, professional manner at all times. Looking for an individual that can fit into the friendly, fun, and low pressure culture that the company has created. Lots of future -opportunity and room for development in our rapidly growing dealership.Reports To: Service ManagerPart-time schedule 3 days a week 9:00 am - 6:00pm with flexibility for additional hours as needed. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests and asking questions to ensure understanding of needs.Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize transfers and on-hold time.Ability to maintain multiple schedules and schedule service appropriately -based on customers needs and given information. Maintains composure in handling large volume of incoming calls and scheduling. Ability to prioritize and assess urgency levels.

Supply orders and storage maintenancePerforms general clerical duties as needed.Responsible for other projects as assigned and/or as required. -EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSHigh School degree or equivalent preferred -EXPERIENCEOne year of high volume switch board and dealership experience preferred -PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
