Administrative Services Director is responsible for the successful
operation of the community Business Office. This individual will
coordinate office services, records control, and special projects,
organize and administer the business and administrative
office.---Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Billing and Accounts Receivable
- Calculate and generate monthly statements
- Process payments
- Respond to billing questions
- Accounts Payable
- Review, code and submit invoices for payment
- Credit card reconciliation
- Supervise front desk employees
- Interview, hire and onboard staff
- Create 24/7 schedule
- Assign and direct work, set team priorities
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Train cross-departmental employeesKnowledge, Skills, and
Abilities:
- Experience with timekeeping systems and basic HR functions,
preferred
- Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships
with all residents, employees, family members, senior management,
and visitors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability
to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of accounting and human resource principles
- Computer literacy with experience using Word and Excel
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to pass DSHS background check, requiredEducation and
Experience:
- Two year Associate Degree and/or three years or more years'
experience in office management; including bookkeeping
