In-House Office Manager and Leads Scheduler
- Experience is necessary with Excel and Word, QuickBooks
experience is a plus.
- Job includes in-house bookkeeping and other aspects of office
management such as orderingmaterials and scheduling with potential
clients.

PositionJob description:
- Pay all incoming bills from contractors, vendor, services,
etc.
- Enter and record invoices to appropriate jobs in BuilderTrend
&
- Quickbooks
- Responsible for Onboarding of new Employees
- Invoice customers and Receive payments (send balance statements
toclient)
- Follow up payments, ensuring all money have been received
- Schedule leads appointment on CRM system to sale person
- Respond quickly to email and phone calls from potential
customers
- Confirm scheduled appointments with vendors and homeowners.
Stay ontop of all projects schedule
- Order materials and Oversees orders and delivery and check if
in goodcondition
- Create documents and procedures to ensure a smoothly running
office
- Prepare contracts and other documents as needed (PM and
Installer folder)
- Review and reconcile transactions
- Schedule Service calls
- Schedule zoom meeting with potential client
- Provide good customer service
- Problem solver, creative and team player
- Office software: Excel and wordCompensation:Base salary +
commission
