At Mbanq, we are enabling Fintech's, Neo banks, challenger
banks, and credit unions to bring innovative financial services to
the market in a matter of weeks rather than years, by providing
license sponsorship, access to payment rails, card issuing and
acquiring services, compliance services, and white-labeled web &
mobile apps, in addition to our core banking solutions.
Our rapidly growing company is seeking a dynamic and highly
motivated FinTech Community Manager to join our team. This exciting
opportunity will be based in our brand new Washington headquarters,
located at Parklands North Creek, Bothell, WA 98011. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for fostering relationships and a
deep understanding of the FinTech industry.
Location: USA-WA; North Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell, Woodinville
Area
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Washington
headquarters, ensuring that the office space is well-maintained and
meets the needs of our growing team.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with FinTech clients,
partners, and industry participants to strengthen our community
presence and enhance our reputation.
- Organize and coordinate industry events, including workshops,
seminars, and networking sessions, to promote our brand and share
knowledge with the FinTech community.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as managing
schedules, booking meeting rooms, answering voice, email, or chat
channels, and providing general support to the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create engaging
content for social media, newsletters, and other communication
channels.
- Monitor industry trends and developments, keeping the team
informed and identifying potential opportunities for collaboration
or growth.
- Act as a liaison between our company and industry
organizations, participating in relevant events and forums to
represent our brand and stay informed on the latest news and
trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a
related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in community management, public
relations, or a similar role, preferably within the FinTech
industry .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability
to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a
keen attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity
and is proactive.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, including
budgeting and promotion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media
platforms.
- Knowledge of the FinTech industry and a genuine passion for
staying up-to-date on trends and developments.
