Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced
Executive Office Administrator (Level C) to support the BCA
Structures Engineering executives in Everett, Washington . The
ideal candidate has experience supporting executives with a high
degree of professionalism and discretion, while also being
proactive and demonstrating robust attention to detail, along with
the ability to adjust priorities efficiently and effectively.
Position Responsibilities: Establishes and maintains effective
working relationships with internal and external customers,
co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of
confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under
tight and often competing deadlines. Assists in planning,
coordinating, and implementing logistics for visiting customers and
Boeing executives, including supporting visitor badging requests.
Processes and screens incoming and outgoing communication and
correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
Prioritizes, manages, and schedules time and availability for most
efficient use of time. Coordinates domestic and international
business travel, monitor traveler logistics, generate expense
reports, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure
timely and accurate reimbursement. Creates, manages, and schedules
meetings around multiple calendars and appointments. Tracks and
maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and
efficient use of resources. Coordinates with the appropriate focal
to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources. Orders and
maintains office supplies. Creates, edits, and maintains electronic
and written communication. Provides guidance for less experienced
employees. Works under limited supervision. Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): 3 years experience in an office
administration or similar roles. 1 years of experience as an Office
Administrator supporting an Executive Leader. Experience with
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint. Experience managing
executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Office or any
administrative tools. Experience coordinating and processing
domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense
reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges. Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): High School Diploma or
higher. 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience. Experience with Boeing
procurement tools such as SSPN. Ability to juggle competing
priorities from different sources. Team oriented attitude and

Summary Pay range: $63,750 - $86,250 Language Requirements: Not
