Job Description:
AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) is seeking a self-motivated,
highly organized, and creative administrative professional to join
the AIS-Supply Chain organization as an Executive Assistant. This
position will support 2 to 3 leaders. The ideal candidate is
adaptable, resourceful, collaborative, decisive, and
self-motivated, and has a strong history of high performance.
Thinking holistically, creating efficiencies, and applying
consistently sound judgement to decisions are critical to the
success of this role. The successful EA for this role will thrive
in a fast-paced environment, and always have an eye on the minute
details as well as the big picture. This role requires strong
communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative.
The ability to foster a positive and fun team environment are a
must. A keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight
deadlines while juggling multiple requests are critical. This is a
demanding but highly rewarding role, allowing exposure to broad and
diverse areas of the AWS business and an opportunity to work with
EAs in other senior leadership offices on a multitude of exciting

job responsibilities - Scheduling highly confidential meetings and
managing confidential documents and information - Managing a
complex calendar; the successful candidate will be responsible for
using sound judgement in mapping out day-to-day meetings, events,
and responsibilities - Scheduling and tracking key meeting series,
then working backwards from those deadlines to ensure deliverables
are met - Working with a high-performing, fun, and collaborative
group of EAs located around the world - Creating and enforcing
mechanisms that are scalable and that optimize efficiency around
every-day tasks, while continually auditing current administrative
mechanisms for relevance - Assisting with large-scale event
management - Planning, executing, and assisting with team
activities - Having fun at work and helping others do the same -
High school or equivalent diploma - Experience communicating
clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and
cross-functional teams - 5 years experience, or 3 years at Amazon,
with executive level calendar management - 5 years experience, or 3
years at Amazon, with domestic or international travel coordination
- 5 years experience, or 3 years at Amazon, handling administrative
details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping
team members adequately informed - Experience in a fast-paced,
high-tech company - Experience designing processes to maximize
efficiency - Experience leading process improvements - 5 years of

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
