Location: REMOTE - Anywhere, US or Canada

What this job is:
Providing subject matter expertise for technical analytics implementations across martech, adtech, and web analytics
Creating and scoping requirements for analytics implementations across new and existing platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and mobile measurement partners
Establishing and ensuring analytics implementations follow best practices for new measurement partners like Facebook, Amazon Advertising, Tiktok, etc.

Analysis of web analytics trends across websites
Building dashboards, business intelligence, or business analysis
Audience development

Give me a breakdown of what an Marketing Analytics Implementation Lead at Brainlabs does:

Client Management Responsibilities (65%):
Responsible for solution design, implementation, configuration and QA of existing and new web analytics and media measurement tools
Partner with Developers to ensure analytics capabilities are implemented properly
Create documentation of data variable mapping, configuration of tags, and data validation
Ensure variables and dimensions are captured for data integration across data sources
Lead client discovery sessions and scope measurement implementation plan requirements
Provide guidance on solution design to fit the overall marketing strategy and goals
Escalate blockers to resolve issues in a timely manner

Measurement Partnerships (10%)
Provide POVs on new analytics and measurement solutions across partners like Facebook, TikTok, Spotify, LinkedIn, Amazon Advertising, etc.

Leadership Responsibilities (15%):
Manage complex work streams across multiple stakeholders
Communicate complex technical issues to non-technical users
Manage client expectations, deliverables, and timelines
Enable processes, documentation, and a framework for scalable and repeatable analytics capabilities at Brainlabs

New Business (10%)
Audit existing analytics and tracking implementations for new business pitches
Map data flows across 1P data collection platforms

Intellectually curious individual who can learn new tech platforms and technologies quickly and can dig deep where necessary
Ability to understand how analytics connects to larger business goals and can lead to better client outcomes
Process improvement driven individual

What particular set of skills would suit this role?
3+ experience working in web analytics tools, media measurement platforms, or marketing science
Technical analytics background with deep experience implementing analytics solutions
Familiarity with data layers
In-depth knowledge and experience of Adobe or Google Analytics, Tealium, Google Tag Manager
Knowledge and experience of quality assurance for, and testing of, tag implementations
Familiarity with adtech and martech tools that integrate with analytics tools (DMPs, CDPs, CRMs, ad servers, and APIs)
Multi-touch attribution solutions
Mapping complex data flows
Knowledge of web development, including the use of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

How will I know I'm doing it right?
After 30 days you will have scoped and led an implementation or audit of existing analytics implementation and created documentation, delivering quality work on time and within scope.
After 6 months you will have engaged and prioritized new analytics/measurement partners and established best practices.
Upleveled the knowledge and skill set of other Brainlabbers with regards to analytics and measurement implementation.
