Job Title: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digital Marketing CoordinatorDepartment: - - - - - - - - - - - - - Marketing Reports To: - - - - - - - - - - - - - Director, Digital Marketing & Social MediaPrimary Objective:Responsible for developing and implementing digital communications and advertising content for a variety of media platforms, in coordination with the Director, Digital Marketing & Social Media in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, increase sales and meet business objectives.Essential Functions:

  • Project manage digital ad development and deliverables
  • Traffic all paid digital assets, including messaging, video, graphics and audio
  • Schedule and manage club e-mails including, e-newsletters, ticket guides and sponsor messages
  • Work with major league baseball and internal stakeholders on development and updates of Mariners.com landing pages
  • Assist with creative vision for advertising campaigns as well as emails, paid social posts, web and app creative
  • Coordinate the club's Ballpark app, including layout, content, AR/VR features -and check-in offers
  • Plan and execute Mariners text campaigns
  • Manage push notifications through the Ballpark app and Mariners.com
  • Coordinate internal digital club communications, including e-mail signatures
  • Work with Analytics team on reporting for Digital Advertising and Social efforts
  • Assist in content creation and publishing on Mariners social media accounts -
  • Perform other duties as assigned by DirectorEducation and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in sales, marketing or customer service preferably in professional sports or entertainment.
    • Marketing background, with experience and understanding of digital advertising, paid social campaigns and email marketing preferredCompetencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
      • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, some holidays and event nights. Ability to travel to local offsite sales meetings as scheduled.
      • Competent in required job skills and knowledge. Completes work assignments thoroughly and completely in an accurate, and prompt. Identifies and corrects errors. - Is careful, alert and accurate, paying attention to details of the job.
      • Demonstrates through their actions and interactions with others a commitment to Mariner Purpose, Mission and Values.
      • Makes decisions and takes actions that contribute to exceptional experiences for guests.
      • Shares and expresses thoughts in a clear and effective manner through verbal and written communication skills.
