We are looking for a Project Manager with agency and digital
marketing experience to join our dynamic team.
We are a small but mighty public affairs agency that creates real,
meaningful change in the world. We work on high-stakes campaigns to
drive change at the local and national level.

innovative team. The Project Manager will work collaboratively
within cross-functional teams, manage and develop schedules, and is
responsible for the day-to-day management of creative marketing,
advertising, and PR initiatives in coordination with account
colleagues. In this role, you see the big picture, but are in
charge of all the small details.
Requirements:
3+ years project management experience
3+ years in paid media planning, management, and reporting
Exceptional presentation, writing, and analytical skills
Experience managing website design and development projects

practices
Understand all these terms: SEO, DSP, SEM, ROI, KPI, CRM, CMS, OTT,
HTML5, SSL, and why they matter
Are familiar with Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Social
Media Listening, WordPress CMS, CRM tools (Mailchimp, EveryAction,
Phone2Action), and how they all work.
In this position, your tasks will include:
Manage 5-10 projects at any given time
Coordinate the roles and responsibilities among the staff, ensuring
deadlines are met
Oversee project budgets
Assist in media campaign and effective digital strategy planning
and organization
Manage trafficking of all paid media placements, including digital
and print media
Lead weekly and monthly reporting leveraging Google Analytics and
custom internal tools.
Use internal data sources as well as past performance to develop
insights and strategy for future efforts
Pull data and insights from social media monitoring, Google Trends,
and other analytics tools to help tell meaningful stories about how
issues we care about are being talked about online
Communicate best practices in social media advertising and
engagement strategies, with a keen eye towards analytics and
insights to drive recommendations
Stay abreast on industry trends, sharing insights from places like
eMarketer, to ensure our practices are best in class

Additional:
The team is Mac-based
We use: Google Apps, Basecamp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign),
Google and social media analytics, Google Data Studio, WordPress,
social media CMS (Hootsuite, Planable), Mailchimp, Phone2Action,
social media listening tools (Meltwater), instant messaging
(Slack), Dropbox, and more.
Experience with causes, political work, non-profits, NGOs, issues,
Tribes, government agencies a plus.
Location:
The majority of staff is located in Seattle. This is a remote
position, with an option to work from Seattle offices if you are
local. Applicants in DC are also strongly encouraged to apply.

830am-430pm PT business hours, with some flexibility required. Open
to adjusting hours for east coast candidates with the right
experience.
