Responsibilities
The Senior Creative Producer is responsible for the creation and
delivery of video and graphic design solutions for the Seattle
Children's system: Clinics, Research and Foundation. This role will
work for Marcomm and other teams throughout the organization to
develop creative using video and graphic design talents to execute
required communication objectives. This position will support a
range of services from brainstorming to full scale video
executions. This role will manage the efficient operation of
assigned creative end to end. The Senior Creative Producer will be
available to support standardizing our video guidelines in
partnership with our internal Brand Team.

Requirements
Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in
communications, video, digital, media arts or other related field -
At least 7 years of experience in producing all stages of video &
graphic design projects - At least 7 years of experience in TV
film/video, agency and/or related video production field - At least
5 years of experience in graphic design field with portfolio
showcasing in market work - At least 5 years of experience
scripting, directing, and producing videos - Experience managing
multiple clients and projects at various stages of development -
Experienced in current video production equipment and software i.e.
Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, InDesign Preferred: - Bi-lingual
in one of the following languages; Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese,
Somali- Experienced in streaming live video content
Min to Max Hourly SalaryMin: USD $43.17/Hr. Max: USD $64.75/Hr.
Min to Max Annual SalaryMin Salary: USD $89,793.60/Hr. Max Salary:
USD $134,680.00/Hr.
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time
employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are
determined by multiple factors including equity, skills,
experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range
provided.

Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon
performance that is commensurate with the level of the
position.

This compensation range is specific to Seattle, positions located
outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on
various factors.
