--- Be an advocate for the artist community.
--- Monitor, respond to, and resolve customer support tickets
within a timely manner.
--- Monitor the render farm and ensure all jobs render
successfully. Create support tickets for customers that are
experiencing issues. Ensure that jobs/frames do not get "stuck" or
use up resources in a wasteful and/or unnecessary manner.
--- Triage and lead other Artist Care Agents and other departments
in responding to customer support issues.
--- Resolve customer issues in compliance with applicable customer
support policies and processes.
--- Escalate to the Engineering and/or Operations departments where
applicable and communicate updates as
--- Document the problem, analysis of root cause, and resolution in
relation to customer issues.
--- Provide quality assistance feedback on new features to
Development team to optimize products and services.
--- Participate and improve on customer support policies.
--- Research and explore ways to improve StratusCore services (new
software, plugins, etc).
--- Provide Marketing with content for social media and other
--- Provide feedback and editing to Marketing on all text that will
be seen by users, in order to ensure accuracy of content.
--- Create 2D and/or 3D content based on Marketing needs.
--- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends; research,
document, and report on partners, competitors, new advances,
--- Collaborate and show initiative in a small team
--- Maintain StratusCore's high security standards.
--- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication
skills (written and verbal).
--- Comfortable working in a team or independently.
--- Enjoy contributing knowledge to help the team meet its goals
and the ability to work with minimal supervision to problem solve
--- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
--- The mindset to see problems as challenges; use of analytical
skills to make decisions and move forward even when all the answers
--- Desire to collaborate with other teams, including product
managers, developers, designers and Quality Assurance (QA).
--- Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot software.
--- Experience and knowledge of a variety of 2D, 3D, and VFX
content creation software (3ds Max, Maya, C4D, Arnold, V-Ray,
--- Experience with social media apps (Facebooks, Instagram,
--- Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS.
