Job Description:
STV has an open position for a Marketing Coordinator located in
one of our California, Oregon or Washington offices. There may be
some flexibility for remote work. - - This is an opportunity for

Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare simple submissions in client-specified
formats from point of go to delivery of client
- Assist Marketing Pursuit Managers with complex submissions in
client-specified formats
- Attend pre-proposal conferences and kickoff meetings as
needed
- Review and analyze solicitation documentation
- Collaborate and provide input for pursuit strategy (i.e.
company differentiators, teaming, projects, staff, and
production)
- Develop, distribute, and manages submission
outlines/schedules
- Interface with teaming partners and coordinate efforts
- Interact with Legal, Accounting and other departments to meet
proposal requirements
- Edit and Proof submissions
- Ensure proper documentation has been completed for QA
review
- Coordinate proposal production efforts (i.e., reproduction,
packaging, and delivery)
- Research client websites for upcoming leads or clients' capital
program
- Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and
company objectives to resolve moderate issues in creative and
effective
- Works on problems of moderate Exercises judgment in selecting
methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Interacts with internal and external personnel.
- Normally receives little instruction on daily Determines
methods and procedures on new assignments. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in English or Liberal Arts
- Proficiency in Microsoft - Suite, including Word, Outlook, and
Excel
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience, preferably in
marketing, publishing, or journalism/writing -
- Experience with marketing in the
architecture/engineering/construction management industry is
